Joe is a lawyer, arbitrator, and mediator with 30 years of experience in dispute resolution. He is also a Professional Engineer.
Joe’s legal and engineering experience enhance his understanding of disputes involving technical matters, allowing him to offer practical and effective approaches to dispute resolution.
