Jonah Marino, Student-at-Law

Jonah is a Student-at-Law at Kingsgate Legal, and previously worked with Kingsgate Legal as a summer student during his law school breaks.

Jonah assists on a wide range of litigation matters, including professional negligence claims, insurance disputes, and contractual disputes involving both businesses and individuals. He supports plaintiffs and defendants, giving him a well-rounded perspective.

Jonah understands that clients want timely, practical results and to feel involved in the process. He prioritizes clear communication, ensuring clients understand what is happening on their file, why certain steps are recommended and what options are available to them at each stage of the dispute.

Jonah has appeared before both the Alberta Court of  Justice and the Alberta Court of King’s Bench and has participated in numerous mediations.

Jonah completed his Bachelor of Laws (Honours) at The University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia. During law school, he worked with Kingsgate Legal as a summer student.
