Joseph Rosselli, K.C.
Joe is a lawyer, arbitrator, and mediator with 30 years of experience in dispute resolution. He is also a Professional Engineer.
Joe’s legal and engineering experience enhance his understanding of disputes involving technical matters, allowing him to offer practical and effective approaches to dispute resolution.
Joe is trained and certified in domestic arbitration, international arbitration, and mediation. He regularly acts as project referee, arbitrator, and mediator. His case experience as an arbitrator and mediator spans the following sectors:
Community Involvement
Joe volunteers for numerous professional and charitable organizations. He often makes presentations in his areas of focus, and teaches civil trial advocacy at the University of Alberta Law School. He is actively involved in the community, having served on numerous non-profit boards and committees. Along with various other community activities, Joe coaches soccer.
