Carolyn Mah-Kabaroff
Carolyn takes a client-focused approach, prioritizing communication with her clients to ensure their concerns are heard and the corresponding legal strategies are explained in plain language every step of the way. She understands that no two clients are the same so she approaches each case with a personalized strategy that takes into account the unique needs, goals, and circumstances of each client.
Carolyn is experienced in commencing and defending a variety of claims, including personal injury, professional negligence, contractual disputes, and insurance matters. Carolyn has represented clients at the Alberta Court of Justice and the Court of King’s Bench, and has successfully advocated for clients at settlement conferences, mediations and judicial dispute resolutions.
Community Involvement
Carolyn is a member of the Young Leaders.World Advisory Board, a co-chair and executive committee member of the Women’s Legal Forum, and is a founder of YEGpeople,a digital platform showcasing fellow Edmontonians with inspiring stories.
