Dennis R. Schmidt, KC

Dennis’s areas of focus include corporate/commercial, contracts, real estate (commercial and industrial), leasing, and financing, among others. He was previously a partner at a large international law firm, and worked as in-house counsel with an Edmonton-based land developer/owner tasked with handling all legal matters falling within the group of companies including land development, property management, heating and cooling products distributor, and commercial mechanical products and services.

Dennis regularly provides legal advice and consulting to businesses, entrepreneurs, owners, start-ups and progressive thinking individuals.

Community Involvement

Dennis is a present volunteer Director on boards of various not-for-profit entities, including past Director and Chair of the Board of the Edmonton Chamber of Commerce.
