Amir previously carried on a general corporate
commercial practice with a focus on venture technology
and emerging growth companies, mergers and
acquisitions, corporate governance and share and asset
purchase transactions.
Amir left the practice of law to focus on his legal technology company dealcloser, inc. where he’s a founder and CEO. He continues to assist the startup and technology communities through his role as Manager of Kingsgate’s Startup and Venture Technology Program. Amir enjoys working out, trying new restaurants and listening to live music.
